These U shape bed kits are shaped for the contours of the van, machined from the highest quality 16mm laminated ply for unrivalled strength and a unique stunning end grain. This ply is incredibly strong and long lasting perfect for the toughest of camper van lifestyles!
The 1000mm drawers (LWB) and 700mm drawers (SWB) are constructed from 15mm ply with laminated ply drawer front, we supply our large drawers with heavy duty 80kg drawer runners. The drawer system is designed to pull across the sliding door for easy access inside or outside of the van.
Cushions are made from 100mm firm foam and upholstered with removable, heavy duty dark grey / charcoal / black fabric covers. Fabric can vary depending on fabric supply.

This set up has been designed for specific vans, however will fit into a selection of other similar sized vans with some scribing and modification.
Please note this product is currently on a 3-4 week lead time, once you place your order it will join the production queue the next working day.

Due to the bespoke nature of our goods, products cut and delivered may not be returned or refunded. All of our items are made to order so we are unable to offer returns, please check your sizes carefully before ordering. If you want to cancel an order after ordering and before dispatch you are liable for covering all of the material costs. If you have ordered the incorrect size sliding bed we can offer an exchange if and only if your bed is returned to us in its original condition without being assembled or drilled, this is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and only available on standard size birch ply sliding beds.
